A multistage sampling procedure involving simple random technique was used to select 20 public secondary schools. Reliability was established using Cronbach Alpha, yielding coefficients of 0.866, 0.867 and 0.923 for administrative quality assurance, teacher evaluation and educational quality respectively. Data were analysed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation to answer the research questions, while linear regression was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance.
